Hi, I'm Josefina.
Product Designer turning complexity into clarity
I'm based in Barcelona, working on B2B SaaS products where the real challenge usually isn't the interface — it's making a complex system make sense to different types of users at once, each with their own goals and constraints.
I didn't start in product design. I trained as an architect and spent years managing large-scale urban and government infrastructure projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and stakeholders on initiatives most people don't get near before 30. That background is why I think in systems and structure first, screens second.
In 2021 I moved into UX/UI design, and since then I've led product design end to end — research, discovery, and the design systems that hold an entire platform together. I care about the same thing I did as an architect: structures that hold up under pressure, and details that actually serve the person using them.
